Mission

Astronauts already live the most balanced lifestyle on Earth. SRP brings that protocol home — Training, Sleep, Cognition, Stress, and Nutrition. Simple, measurable, cinematic.

Training

Hybrid aerobic + strength for VO₂, bone, and muscle. Low injury, high capacity.

Sleep

7.5–8.5 h target, light control, rhythm stability, real recovery.

Cognition

Reaction + working memory drills; measure sharpness like a pilot.

Stress

Breath control + cold exposure → calm HR under pressure.

Nutrition

Protein‑forward, hydration, micronutrients. Energy without nonsense.

A minimal astronaut‑inspired routine you can do at home in 60–75 minutes/day. Touches all 5 pillars. Includes the SRP Index v0.1 scorecard to track progress from Day 1 → Day 30.

Mon / Wed / Fri — 25–30 min Zone‑2 cardio + 5–10 min cognition drill
Tue / Thu / Sat — Strength circuit (push, squat, pull, core) + breath work
Daily Sleep — Fixed schedule; 7.5–8.5 h; low light 60 min pre‑bed
2–3× / week — 1–2 min cold exposure; calm nasal breathing
Nutrition — Protein 1.6–2.0 g/kg; 2 L water; fruit/veg each meal
